This week I will close escrow on my second property. I purchased this one 100% financing and seller paid for closing costs.

As I sit here writing this success story I’m still in a bit of shock of the purchase of my first property that closed yesterday. I just acquired a home worth 1.5 million dollars and not only did I put nothing down but I actually was able to pocket $10,000! I’m just a guy with no prior real estate know how who has always made a very modest income…now I own a home worth 1.5 million? Wow! It makes me think about sitting across from Virginia Kaufman as she was telling me about the courses and thinking, “Could this be real?” Now, not only have the courses paid for itself with my first transaction, I’m going to make a huge profit…and this is only the beginning!

I really couldn’t be happier with the courses at the Millionaire Academy and Virginia Kaufman. Her skills as a negotiator are amazing and paralleled only by her knowledge of the real estate business. I found that the courses are great in that they moved at my pace just “theoretical” lessons as so many of the college courses I took were.
